Our Women’s Outreach Program is designed to meet you where you’re at. Everyone is on a different journey, and the Women’s Outreach worker is here to provide support and information to help you along the way.

Women’s Outreach can provide:

  • A client-centered, trauma-informed approach.
  • Emotional support.
  • Safety-planning and crisis support.
  • Mental health and addiction support and program referrals.
  • Education on dynamics of abuse and gender-based violence.
  • Information on how family violence, abuse, and trauma can effect children.
  • Parenting support.
  • Outreach support; meeting clients in their own home or in community.
  • Transportation; assisting clients to attend important appointments.
  • Advocacy and accompaniment to meetings or appointments.
  • Income assistance and housing application support.
  • Life skills development.
  • Referrals for emergency social services, legal services, children’s programs and services, emergency transition houses, housing programs, community agencies, and to other Elizabeth Fry Society programs.

All our services are confidential and free of charge.
