The South Fort George Family Resource Center (FRC) is a neighborhood-based facility that offers programs and activities to promote the health and well-being of families and individuals of all ages and incomes, in a friendly, family-centered environment. The FRC takes pride in providing programs and services specific to the needs of our community; making every effort to provide free programs to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to learn, share and grow.
The FRC is owned by School District #57, and hosts Niwîķôwin Métis Family Services Society, Northern Health, and the Prince George & District Elizabeth Fry Society programs. Coordination of the centre is provided by the Prince George & District Elizabeth Fry Society. The South Fort George Family Resource Centre is open to all families.
